Delaware County, Indiana

Hello, I am looking for information on how to Record a Survivorship Affidavit for a house deed in Delaware county, and/or if that is possible? I found some information about the process for Marion county, and wondered if the process was the same? I am gathering documents currently and just wondered what the next step might be?
