The Auditor's office can consolidate more than one existing contiguous parcel into a single taxing parcel with the following criteria's:

1.)                 The contiguous parcels must be in the same township and section.

2.)                 The titles of the properties must be titled exactly the same way.

3.)                 Taxes must be paid current.

4.)                 ONLY LOTS CAN BE COMBINED WITH LOTS AND ACREAGE COMBINED WITH ACREAGE.
