EST MONDAY Dec 15th...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 18 below zero
  expected at times.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central,
  southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 18 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
  exposed to these temperatures.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
