The delaware County Health Department will be offering flu vaccine at the:
Delaware County Senior Citizens Center- Forest Park
2517 W. 8th St.
Muncie, IN
Wednesday, November 7 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm
An $11.00 donation is requested for the flu to cover the cost of the vaccine.
Pneumonia vaccine will be avaiable to persons over the age of 55. Persons 18 and older with a chronic disease may also get the vaccine. A $30.00 donation is requested.
The Health Department is not able to bill medicare at this time.
