The Delaware County Health Department will be offering flu vaccine at the:
Yorktown Town Court
9800 West Smith Street
Yorktown, IN 47396
An $11.00 donation is requested for the flu shot to cover the cost of the vaccine.
Pneumonia vaccine will be available to persons over the age of 55. Persons 18 or older with a chronic disease may also get the vaccine. A $30.00 donation is requested.
The Health Department is not able to bill Medicare at this time.
