The Delaware County Health Department will be offering flu vaccine at the:
Daleville Town Hall
8019 S. Walnut Street
Daleville, IN
Tuesday, October 23 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm
An $11.00 donation is requested for the flu shot to cover the cost of the vaccine.
Pneumonia vaccine will be available to persons 55 and older. Persons over the age of 18 with a chronic disease may also get the vaccine. A $30.00 donation is requested.
The Health Department is not able to bill Medicare at this time.
