The Delaware County Health Department will be offering flu vaccine at the:
Delaware County Building
Room 309A
100 West Main St.
Muncie, IN 47305
Tuesday, October 16, from 10:00 am- 3:00 pm
An $11.00 donation is requested for the flu shot to cover the cost of the vaccine.
Pneumnia vaccine will be available to persons over the age of 55. Persons over the age of 18 with a chronic disease may also get the vaccine. A $30.00 donation is requested.
The Health Department is not able to bill medicare at this time.
