The Delaware County Health Department will be offering flu vaccine at the:
Eaton Community Building
600 E. Harris
Eaton, IN
Wednesday, October 10, 2007 from 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
An $11.00 donation is requested to cover the cost of the vaccine.
Pneumonia vaccine will be available to persons over the age of 55. Persons 18 and older with a chronic illness may also get the vaccine. A $30.00 donation is requested.
The Health Department is not able to bill Medicare at this time.
