Event Description:

The Delaware County Health Department will be offering flu and pneumonia shots at the following locations and times:

11-19-10    Muncie Del. Co. Sr. Cit. Forest Park, 2517 W. 8^th        10 AM - 1 PM

The flu shots will be offered to persons age 18 and over and will be $15.00. The pneumonia shots will be offered to persons age 55 and over or age 18 and over with a chronic illness and will be $64.00.
