Helping Hands Health Fair
What: Health Fair for Those in Need
When: Wednesday, April 14, 2010
Where: YWCA- 310 East CharlesSt.
Time: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Need a little help? Come check out the "Helping Hands" Health Fair! There will be many free health services available:

Lead Testing

Children's Immunizations (10:00-2:30)

Fasting Cholesterol Screening (10:00-12:00)

Fasting Glucose Screening (10:00-12:00)

NOTE: Those individuals who plan to have the glucose and/or cholesterol test should fast at least 8 hours, or do not eat breakfast, but may drink water. For those parents planning to get their child immunized, a shot record of all previous immunizations must be presented. If someone other than the parent or guardian brings the child for their shots, they must have written permission that includes the name of the child, the parents name, the date and the person responsible for the child at the health fair.
Nonperishable food items will be available
provided by the Delaware County Health Department
The health fair is specifically for those who are uninsured, homeless, in transitional housing or experiencing financial difficulties . Please attend this health fair so we can help you during this difficult time.
Physical exams available by appointment only at the Gateway Clinic. Call Tuesday-Thursday 8:00-4:00 @ (765) 747-9757.
