Shots for Tots
1st Monday YWCA- Gateway - 310 E. Charles (No clinic in Aug. and Sept.)
2nd Monday YWCA- Gateway- 310 E. Charles (No clinic in Oct.)
3rd Monday YWCA- Gateway- 310 E. Charles (No clinic in Jan., Feb. or Dec.)
4th Monday- YWCA- Gateway- 310 E. Charles (No clinic in May or Dec.)
5th Monday- YWCA- Gateway- 310 E. Charles
Clinics are held monthly unless they fall on a holiday.
To receive immunization, a record of the dates of all previous immunizations MUST accompany the child. If any adult other than the parent or guardian brings the child for shots, they MUST have written permission from the parents or guardian. The note should include the names of the parent, child and adult accompanying the child as well as the clinic date.
