Being a
public hearing on the matter of an application filed by ROBERT L. JOHNSON
TRUST (Lois Geiger Trustee), 12200 South CR 300W, Muncie, Indiana,
requesting variances from the terms of the Delaware County Subdivision
Ordinance and the Delaware County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to allow a
less than 5 acre parcel on a major road for an existing home site and to allow
the existing accessory buildings square footage to exceed the square footage of
