The Clerk of Delaware County Circuit Courts oversees the maintenance and preservation of the records of the Court, while adhering to the confidentiality guidelines and retention schedules as outlined by the Indiana Supreme Court. This office is also responsible for recording and maintaining all marriage records for Delaware County.

Indiana Code requires the Clerk to collect copy fees of $1.00 per page, plus an additional $3.00 per document for certification (IC 33-37-5-1 and 33-37-5-3).

Copies may be picked up in the Clerk’s Office located at the Delaware Justice Center at 3100 S. Tillotson Ave, Muncie, Indiana 47302. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you have questions concerning copy requests, you may contact the Clerk’s Office by telephone at (765) 747-7726.
