Vital Records
The Vital Records Division provides public access to vital records including birth certificates and death certificates. Payment options are cash, check and money order. No personal checks will be accepted. Note that a Photo ID is required for all records.

- Death Certificate - $7.00
- Paternity Affidavit- $25.00
- Paternity Affidavit Upon Marriage- $25.00
- Paternity Affidavit To Amend Birth Record- $25.00
Genealogy assistance is also available at our office as needed.
