County Clerk's Office
Welcome to the home page of the Delaware County Clerk of the Circuit Court. The Clerk is an elected county official and an officer of the Court. Responsibilities include:
- Perform as an officer of the Circuit Court, manage court information and serve as chief financial officer for all revenues collected on behalf of the court;
- Oversee and conduct all elections. Administer and certify results for all federal, state, county, township, municipal, special and school board elections.
Steven G. Craycraft was elected Delaware County Clerk in November, 2006.
